How to...

I would like to know how everyone would feel if I held a how to make Cuban food at the restaurant. The lesson would change everytime - we could start with empanadas, then maybe pastries...It would be - let's say - $10.00. We would learn first, make some, and then you would be able to eat them or take them home. The classes would be held in the morning about 9am. What does everyone think?
